Delete your Relay account.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes your account details, sign-in sessions, digital business cards, saved connections, private notes, tags and exchange history from Relay’s active database immediately. Your public card links stop working, and uploaded images and generated card previews are queued for permanent removal.

Deletion is permanent. Copies of your details that other people have already saved to their devices are outside Relay’s control.

Subscriptions

Relay cancels linked web subscriptions during account deletion. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, also cancel your subscription in your store account to prevent future charges.

Data retention

Relay retains no separate backups of deleted account data. Cloudflare’s automatic database recovery history may contain deleted records for up to 30 days before they expire. Anonymous website visit totals are retained because they do not identify your account.

If you cannot sign in, use the support form to request account deletion. Include the email address used for your Relay account. We will verify ownership before deleting any data; never send your password.
