Digital business cards for iPhone

Your next introduction, on iPhone.

Create a Relay digital business card in your browser, then share it by link or QR code. Relay also has an iPhone app with saved card previews, offline QR access and Apple Wallet sharing for published cards.

An iPhone business card that opens in a browser

Your card does not depend on the other person having an iPhone or the Relay app. Published card links open in a browser, where visitors can view your details, save a contact and reply.

Use the website on iPhone to create a card, choose its design and add the details you want to share. A work card can contain your professional contact methods while another card contains your personal or project details.

Share a QR code when you meet in person

Show the QR code for the card you want to share. The other person can scan it with their phone camera and open your published card. You can also send the link in a message or email.

In the Relay iPhone app, saved card previews and QR codes remain accessible offline. This is useful when your own connection is weak. The person opening the card link still needs internet access, and changes or new connections appear after you reconnect.

Keep a published card in Apple Wallet

In the Relay iPhone app, open a published card’s options menu and choose Add to Apple Wallet. This gives you another place to access its QR code when you want to share your card.

Apple Wallet is a sharing option for your Relay card. It does not make your visible information private: anyone who receives the public card link can open or forward it. Review the fields you publish before sharing.

Save a new connection to Contacts

When someone opens a public card, Save contact lets them review its contact information before adding it to their address book. Some browsers download a contact file; opening it starts the contact-saving flow.

In the Relay iPhone app, choose Save to Contacts from a connection. Photo selection and saving contacts happen after you choose those actions. Relay does not upload your address book.

Choose the details that travel with you

Preview a card before publishing, keep unwanted fields hidden, and use separate cards for different introductions. The card label that helps you identify a card remains private.

Updating a published card keeps its link. People opening that link see the latest visible details, while contacts they have already saved remain separate copies. Your replies and private notes stay in your account.
